Warranty Overview
If your Comrelax product is damaged or defective, the following warranty services apply:

Standard Warranty Terms
Comrelax warrants products against defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for 12 months from the original invoice date. Products may be repaired, replaced, or refunded within the applicable period.
- Warranty applies to end consumers only — not retailers or resellers
- Bulk orders (10+ units of the same product) are non-refundable
- Valid only in the country of original purchase
- Warranty claims expire 12 months from purchase unless extended warranty is registered
- Replaced and refurbished products are not covered
- Keep original packaging for at least 90 days in case a return is needed
Warranty Limitations
The following are not covered by warranty:
- Items beyond the warranty period
- Non-quality issues after 30 days of purchase
- Free gifts or promotional products
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or accessories
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, accidents, improper installation, or extreme conditions
- Failure to register warranty or contact us within 90 days of purchase
- Lost or stolen products
- Note: 30-day free returns do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Minor Outlying Islands
Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility
- Return within 30 days of purchase
- Product must be in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and tags
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) required
Return Process
- Contact customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number
- Repack the product with all accessories
- Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package
- Ship using a trackable shipping method
