Free Shipping

Comrelax offers free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Please note this excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.

• We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses
• Signature may be required for high-value orders
• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to your order email. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We ship via FedEx, USPS, or UPS based on your location and package size.

Additional customs duties and taxes may apply for international orders based on your country’s regulations.

Holiday Shipping Notice

During peak seasons (Thanksgiving through Christmas), carriers may experience delays due to high volume and weather conditions. Comrelax is not liable for delays caused by carrier circumstances beyond our control. We recommend ordering early during the holiday season.

Relaxed Shipping Protection

Add optional Relaxed Shipping Protection at checkout for peace of mind. Coverage includes:

• Lost packages during transit
• Damaged shipments
• Significant delays exceeding 10 business days

• Cost: 2.5% of order value (minimum $1.99)
• Maximum coverage: $500 per order
• Claims must be filed within 30 days of expected delivery
• Protection fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Cancellations

• Within 8 hours: Free cancellation, no fees
• After 8 hours (before shipment): $5 processing fee may apply
• After shipment: Standard return policy applies

Address Changes

• Within 8 hours: Free address change
• After 8 hours: $7.50 modification fee
• After shipment: Contact the carrier directly for redirection options

Comrelax is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Available for premium massage chairs and large equipment. Includes in-home delivery, setup, packaging removal, and a basic operation demonstration. Starting at $79.99.
